Chief Executive Officer, Asia
Larry Lo is responsible for the overall management, sales operations and continued development of strategic alliance partnerships across the Asia region. He started his career in 1988 as a Travel Consultant and worked in several travel companies in Hong Kong and Canada gaining an in-depth insight into the international travel industry.
Today, Larry manages the CTM business in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore and Japan. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Society of IATA Passenger Agents (SIPA) and IATA Agency Programme Joint Council – Hong Kong (APJC), and a Director of World Travel Agents Associations Alliance (WTAAA).
Sharon Kok
Chief Financial Officer, Asia
Sharon is an experienced professional accountant in travel industry for over 20 years, she joined the Group as Financial Controller of Westminster Travel in 2007.
Apart from overseeing and managing the spectrum of finance and accounts of CTM Asia, she is also responsible for merger and acquisition, business strategy and development as well as corporate governance and compliance. Sharon started her career in PricewaterhouseCoopers, she worked in a Hong Kong listed company prior to joining CTM. She had gained extensive exposures in IPO, business set-up, acquisitions, disposal as well as integrations.
Sharon is a qualified accountant holding Bachelor of Arts (Hon) Degree in Accountancy, a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Zamil Murji
Chief Technology Officer, Asia
Zamil has more than 18 years of experience in the IT industry, most recently he was working as Head of Technology Optimization APACMEA at Travelport, a global technology company that powers bookings for hundreds of thousands of travel suppliers worldwide. During his time at Travelport, Zamil led a team of highly skilled and diverse individuals across APACMEA region to deliver customer focused solutions/products as well as focus on talent development and change management.
Over the course of his career in the technology space, Zamil has gained vast experience in project management, software / product development and technology optimization. His customer centric approach and relentless commitment to improve business process across the SDLC are a huge advantage for CTM’s continued drive to provide the most innovative and cost-effective business travel management solutions to the corporate market.
Calvin Ng
General Manager of Supplier Relations, Asia
As a core member of the CTM Global Supplier team, Calvin’s main role is to drive and optimize supplier partnerships and revenue in the Asia region. His aim is to develop strategies that not only meet, but exceed the expectations of airlines, hotels, and other suppliers. His focus is on adding value to clients and, more importantly, achieving exceptional revenue results for CTM.
With more than three decades of experience in airlines and the travel industry, Calvin’s professional background instills confidence in representing CTM as the face and voice of the company to suppliers and all stakeholders across the service chain in Asia.
Wayne Koh
General Manager of Sales and Client Value Management, Asia
My current role falls within CTM Asia’s Sales & Client Value Management team as the new GM responsible for all global and regional enterprise sales and client retention. I worked with many global and regional large scale client leveraging on my multi-faceted exposure in different global TMCs. My forte includes managing both global and regional retention strategies as well as new sales acquisition to improve the profitability and revenues of the APAC region. I have also led several successful new global enterprise sales that yielded more than USD 200 mil in new sales revenue.
Ted Tseng
General Manager, Taiwan
Prior to joining CTM Taiwan, Ted has years of experience in group travel and cruise market in North America as well as TMC experiences in Taiwan, Shanghai, Beijing, and other greater China markets. He joined CTM Taiwan in 2016 and is responsible for the overall management of the Taiwan operations.
Relocated to Taiwan in 2007, Ted joined a regional based travel management company with a global networks alliance. From 2008 to 2016, Ted worked from supervisor role all the way to Assistant General Manager in Taiwan office, and was seconded to Shanghai and Beijing offices for few years to lead greater China Sales and Corporate Account Servicing teams. In 2015, Ted took up the extra role as Assistant General Manager for Regional Programme Coordination, representing Group Companies in global alliance board meeting and global conferences.
In fall of 2016, Ted joined CTM Taiwan office and working toward building a professional office that is promoting socially, culturally, environmentally awareness in workplace and to deliver best in class corporate travel programme for the clients.
Eiji Fujimoto
General Manager, Japan
Eiji Fujimoto brings 30 years of experience in business travel management to the role of General Manager, Japan at CTM, including managing a number of global travel accounts from Australia, UK and the US. He has worked with a variety of global travel networks, managed global travel RFPs and implemented more than 40 international accounts in Japan. Eiji brings a wealth of experience in global and regional travel program consolidation.
Before joining CTM Japan, Eiji was the Representative Director of Tokyo Masters and was responsible for all aspects of business operations. During his time at Tokyo Masters, Eiji served a number of well-known multinational companies.
Ronnie Zhu
Head of Sales, China
Ronnie has dedicated over 11 years to Corporate Travel Management. He has a particular focus on local business development and is passionate about building strong professional relationships and solving unique client problems. In his role, Ronnie provides leadership to the China sales and client management team. He also assists in retaining current clients through account reviews and re-tender processes. As the lead for local sales in China, he works closely with colleagues from all departments and offices in the country and across Asia.
Before joining CTM in 2014, Ronnie gained experience at American Express Global Business Travel, FCM Travel Solutions, and 99 bill, a Payment Solution Company.
Jamie Pherous
Executive Director, Managing Director
Director since May 2008
Jamie Pherous founded Corporate Travel Management Limited (CTM) in 1994. He has built the Group from its headquarters in Brisbane to become one of the world’s largest travel management companies.
Prior to establishing CTM, Jamie was employed by Arthur Andersen, now EY, as a qualified Chartered Accountant, specialising in business services and financial consulting, notably in Australia, Papua New Guinea and the United Arab Emirates.
James Spence
Global Chief Financial Officer
James Spence joined CTM in May 2024 as Global Chief Financial Officer. James has 14 years’ experience as CFO of international businesses primarily in energy and software sectors, and has operated across Australasia, North America and Europe throughout his 30+ year career. James brings broad-based financial experience across all the main disciplines within finance include strategy, risk, treasury, accounting, M&A, capital markets, investor relations and commercial decision-making with extensive board level, team leadership and public markets experience. James holds a Bachelor of Science – Economics & Politics and is a Chartered Accountant.
Eleanor Noonan
Global Chief Operating Officer
Eleanor Noonan joined CTM in August 2022 and holds the role of Global Chief Operating Officer. She has held various senior executive roles within travel, government and financial services. Eleanor is commercially driven, values focused and passionate about leading high-performance teams to support a business growth agenda. Eleanor is skilled in developing and executing customer-centric business strategies, leading large-scale change initiatives, and achieving operational excellence. Eleanor holds a Master of Business and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Ana Pedersen
Global Chief Commercial Officer
Ana Pedersen joined CTM as Global Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in 2024, where she leads the company’s global efforts to drive revenue and EBITDA growth. In this executive role, Ana oversees activities relating to global sales, account management and supplier relations by implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen global market presence and drive technological innovation.
With over 25 years of experience in the corporate travel industry, including global sales and hotel strategy leadership roles at BCD Travel, Ana is well-positioned to capitalise on emerging market trends and customer needs, driving significant revenue growth opportunities across the CTM Group of travel brands.
Known for her strategic vision and ability to build high-performance teams, Ana is passionate about cultivating strong global supplier relationships, implementing cutting-edge technology solutions, and fostering a collaborative corporate culture that aligns with CTM’s strategic objectives. Fluent in multiple languages, Ana is recognised for her global perspective and ability to deliver transformative results in dynamic and diverse markets.
Shelley Sorrenson
Global Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary
Shelley Sorrenson joined CTM in November 2021 as Global Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary. Shelley is a pragmatic and commercially driven corporate legal and governance practitioner with over 15 years of experience. She has served as General Counsel and Company Secretary of ASX-listed and unlisted financial services companies and held roles at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and in private practice. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Justice, Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws. Shelley is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia.
David MacNiven
Global Chief Information Officer
David MacNiven joined CTM in March 2024 as Global Chief Information Officer (CIO). He has held various roles within financial services, tertiary education and government (both in Australia and UK).
David is an highly experienced CIO with a demonstrated history of effectively leading and delivering customer-centric solutions within large and complex organisations. As a change agent, he specialises in implementing financially sustainable and focused programmes and projects that generate tangible value for all organisations. He also excels at building high-performing teams and services, cultivating a collaborative and inclusive environment where individuals thrive and contribute their best. He is a results-oriented leader, consistently delivering measurable outcomes and leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic business decision-making.
Annabel Ausmus
Global Chief Marketing Officer
Annabel Ausmus is an experienced marketing and communications professional with more than 20 years’ experience managing digital and traditional marketing strategy and implementation in both B2B and B2C disciplines. She is responsible for the CTM Group’s global marketing, communication and brand strategy across its portfoilio of travel brands.
Joining CTM in 2010, Annabel brings a wealth of travel industry marketing experience to CTM, having worked across corporate, leisure (luxury to budget brands), events, wholesale and loyalty travel for privately owned, listed entities and not for profit organisations.
Annabel holds a BA (Hons) degree in Journalism, is a Certified Practicing Marketer (CPM) and an Associate Member of the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI).
Lauren Hook
Head of Sustainability
Lauren Hook joined CTM as the Head of Sustainability in November 2023. She has a strong compliance, governance, and finance background both in Australia and internationally. In her previous roles, Lauren has led the risk, audit, and sustainability functions at an ASX-listed technology company and she has extensive airline and audit experience.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Commerce, qualified as a Chartered Accountant, is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, and is a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
Ewen Crouch AM

Ewen Crouch was a Partner at Allens from 1988-2013. He served as a member of the firm’s board for 11 years, including 4 years as Chairman of Partners. His other roles at Allens included Co-Head Mergers & Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets from 2004-2010, Executive Partner – Asian Offices from 1999- 2004, and Deputy Managing Partner from 1993 – 1996. He was a Director of Mission Australia from 1995, including as Chairman from 2009, until retiring in November 2016.
Mr Crouch is a Non-Executive Director of BlueScope Steel Limited (since March 2013), Chairman and Non-Executive Director of AnteoTech Limited (since April 2022), and a Director of Jawun (since September 2015). He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and served as a member of the Takeovers Panel from 2010-2015, as a member of the Commonwealth Remuneration Tribunal from 2015-2019, as a Director of Sydney Symphony Orchestra from 2009- 2020 and as a Non-Executive Director of Westpac Banking Corporation from 2013 to 2019.
Jon Brett

Jon Brett was formerly an Executive Director of Investec Wentworth Private Equity Limited, and an executive of Investec Bank (Australia) Limited. He was previously the CEO of Techway Limited which pioneered internet banking in Australia. Jon brings extensive strategic, board and management experience to CTM, particularly in the areas of finance and corporate advisory.
Jon is currently Non-Executive Director Chairman-elect of Infomedia Limited (since July 2024). He is also a Non-Executive Director of Raiz Invest Limited (since November 2023). His former directorships include Godfreys Group Limited, The Pas Group Limited, deputy president of the NRMA and Vocus Group Limited since its listing on the ASX.
Sophie Mitchell

Sophie Mitchell has over 30 years of corporate advisory, capital markets and equity research experience. She retired from Morgans in June 2019 after over a decade as Executive Director in Morgans Corporate and, prior to this, she was Morgans’ Head of Research.
Sophie is currently concentrating on her Board roles and is a Non-Executive Director of Firstmac Limited (since November 2022), NZX-listed Tourism Holdings Limited (since December 2022), Myer Family Investments Limited (since December 2020), Morgans Holdings (Australia) Limited (since March 2018) and the Morgans Foundation Limited. She was Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Apollo Tourism & Leisure Limited from 2016-2022, a Non-Executive Director of Flagship Investments Limited from 2008-2021, a board member of the Australia Council for the Arts, and a member of the Takeovers Panel between 2009 and 2018.
Marissa Peterson

Marissa Peterson is President and CEO of Mission Peak Executive Consulting, a Silicon Valley leadership coaching business, and currently serves on the Board of US Based company Employee Owned Brands. She is based in the United States and brings extensive experience in governance, technology and digital transformation, and executive development.
Mrs Peterson holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an Honorary Doctorate in Management from Kettering University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Mrs Peterson’s extensive board experience includes past roles as Chairman of optical communications solutions company, Oclaro, between 2013 and 2018, and as a Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed Ansell, from 2006 to 2021. She has also been a Director of a range of US-based companies including Humana, Supervalu, Children’s Hospital of Stanford, Quantros, Covisint, and was a Board Trustee of Kettering University.
