Larry Lo
Chief Executive Officer, Asia
Joining Westminster Travel in 2008, Larry Lo is responsible for the overall management, sales operations and continued development of strategic alliance partnerships across the Asia region.
He started his career in 1988 as a Travel Consultant and worked in several travel companies in Hong Kong and Canada gaining an in-depth insight into the international travel industry. Today, Larry manages the CTM business in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore and Japan.
He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Society of IATA Passenger Agents (SIPA) and IATA Agency Programme Joint Council – Hong Kong (APJC), and as a Director of World Travel Agents Associations Alliance (WTAAA).

Sharon Kok
Chief Financial Officer, Asia
Sharon is an experienced professional accountant in travel industry for over 20 years, she joined the Group as Financial Controller of Westminster Travel in 2007.
Apart from overseeing and managing the spectrum of finance and accounts of CTM Asia, she is also responsible for merger and acquisition, business strategy and development as well as corporate governance and compliance. Sharon started her career in PricewaterhouseCoopers, she worked in a Hong Kong listed company prior to joining CTM. She had gained extensive exposures in IPO, business set-up, acquisitions, disposal as well as integrations.
Sharon is a qualified accountant holding Bachelor of Arts (Hon) Degree in Accountancy, a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Zamil Murji
Chief Technology Officer, Asia
Zamil has more than 18 years of experience in the IT industry, most recently he was working as Head of Technology Optimization APACMEA at Travelport, a global technology company that powers bookings for hundreds of thousands of travel suppliers worldwide. During his time at Travelport, Zamil led a team of highly skilled and diverse individuals across APACMEA region to deliver customer focused solutions/products as well as focus on talent development and change management.
Over the course of his career in the technology space, Zamil has gained vast experience in project management, software / product development and technology optimization. His customer centric approach and relentless commitment to improve business process across the SDLC are a huge advantage for CTM’s continued drive to provide the most innovative and cost-effective business travel management solutions to the corporate market.

Steve Fung
Chief Executive Officer, Singapore
Steve Fung has over 35 years of experience in the travel industry with an extensive business network which has led him to successfully grow two small travel companies into the first and largest public listed travel group respectively in Hong Kong. Steve has always been committed to fostering customer service excellence and cost-effective management through the best and most relevant technology adoption.
Steve was appointed as an Executive Director of Safe2Travel in October 2009. He subsequently assumed the appointment of CEO in 2010 where he was awarded the Outstanding Entrepreneurs Award by APEA Singapore, the most prestigious regional award recognition program recognizing entrepreneurial excellence.
In April 2022 Steve was appointed as CEO of CTM Singapore in conjunction with the acquisition of Safe2Travel, adding synergy values to CTM Singapore with clients and staff for the acceleration of growth.

Eugene Tan
General Manager – Sales and Client Value Management, Asia
Joining CTM in May 2016, Eugene oversees the sales, client value management and implementation teams across the region. Apart from that, he is also responsible for rolling out CTM proprietary’s SMART technology and providing implementation support to CTM partners in Asia.
Eugene started his career in 1999 as Support Account Manager in a software house providing training and onsite support for the company’s suite of software packages. Eugene first foray into travel started with a leading global GDS. Since then, he has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in the travel and GDS industry, operating in various divisions across the organisation from training, online solutions, product marketing to commercial and sales.
Prior to joining CTM, he was with another Global Travel Management Company managing the regional operations across 18 markets in the APAC region.

Rico Law
General Manager, Hong Kong
Rico joined Westminster Travel Limited in 1997 as a supervisor in Operations team. Since then, he continuously gained diverse experiences from different roles and responsibilities including sales, account management and people management. Today, he is accountable for the overall management of Hong Kong business.
As General Manager of CTM Hong Kong from 2017, Rico possesses over 30 years of travel industry experience in several large agencies and airlines in Hong Kong, including Cathay Pacific, Four Seas and Westminster Travel Limited.
Rico is passionate on his work and he advocates collaboration. Under his leadership, he always creates a win-win working culture.

Glenn Yuen
General Manager, China
Glenn Yuen has worked for CTM / Westminster Travel since 2009 and now manages CTM’s business operations in China.

Ted Tseng
General Manager, Taiwan
Prior to joining CTM Taiwan, Ted has years of experience in group travel and cruise market in North America as well as TMC experiences in Taiwan, Shanghai, Beijing, and other greater China markets. He joined CTM Taiwan in 2016 and is responsible for the overall management of the Taiwan operations.
Relocated to Taiwan in 2007, Ted joined a regional based travel management company with a global networks alliance. From 2008 to 2016, Ted worked from supervisor role all the way to Assistant General Manager in Taiwan office, and was seconded to Shanghai and Beijing offices for few years to lead greater China Sales and Corporate Account Servicing teams. In 2015, Ted took up the extra role as Assistant General Manager for Regional Programme Coordination, representing Group Companies in global alliance board meeting and global conferences.
In fall of 2016, Ted joined CTM Taiwan office and working toward building a professional office that is promoting socially, culturally, environmentally awareness in workplace and to deliver best in class corporate travel programme for the clients.

Eiji Fujimoto
General Manager, Japan
Eiji Fujimoto brings 30 years of experience in business travel management to the role of General Manager, Japan at CTM, including managing a number of global travel accounts from Australia, UK and the US. He has worked with a variety of global travel networks, managed global travel RFPs and implemented more than 40 international accounts in Japan. Eiji brings a wealth of experience in global and regional travel program consolidation.
Before joining CTM Japan, Eiji was the Representative Director of Tokyo Masters and was responsible for all aspects of business operations. During his time at Tokyo Masters, Eiji served a number of well-known multinational companies.

Jamie Pherous
Executive Director, Managing Director
Director since May 2008
Jamie Pherous founded Corporate Travel Management Limited (CTM) in Brisbane in 1994. He has built the Group from its headquarters in Brisbane to become one of the world’s largest travel management companies.
Prior to establishing CTM, Jamie Pherous was employed by Arthur Andersen, now Ernst & Young, as a qualified Chartered Accountant, specialising in business services and financial consulting, notably in Australia, Papua New Guinea and the United Arab Emirates.

Laura Ruffles
Executive Director, Global COO
Director since December 2015
Laura Ruffles is CTM’s Global Chief Operating Officer and, in late 2015, was appointed an Executive Director in recognition of her leadership contribution. She has significant local, regional and global industry experience and, in a career of more than 20 years, has led teams across sales, account management, operations and technology. Laura Ruffles is responsible for all aspects of CTM’s business performance. She joined CTM in 2010 and has been a key contributor to its successful growth. She is also a Director of the Australian Federation of Travel Agents.

Cale Bennett
Global Chief Financial Officer
Cale Bennett joined CTM in August 2019, before becoming Global CFO in March 2021. Prior to joining CTM, Cale held senior finance roles in ASX-listed entities in the banking, entertainment, and transportation industries. Cale’s corporate background includes five years spent as Group Treasurer of an ASX-100 company, driving a commercial approach that resulted in significant financial outcomes. A strong interest in technology has also led Cale to both co-found and advise start-ups in the fintech industry.
Cale holds a Bachelor of International Finance, Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, and Master of Business Administration qualification. Cale is a Fellow of CPA Australia.

Shelley Sorrenson
Global Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary
Shelley Sorrenson joined CTM in November 2021 as Global Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary. Shelley is a pragmatic and commercially driven corporate legal and governance practitioner with over 14 years of experience. She has served as General Counsel and Company Secretary of ASX-listed and unlisted financial services companies and held roles at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and in private practice.
Shelley holds a Bachelor of Justice, Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws. Shelley is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia.
In her personal time, Shelley is also a Non-Executive Board Director of several not-for profit organisations with a focus on supporting women and disadvantaged youth.

Eleanor Noonan
Global Chief of Staff
Eleanor Noonan joined CTM in August 2022 as Global Chief of Staff. She has held various roles within travel, government and financial services, and most recently was Chief Operating Officer of a superannuation fund.
Eleanor is commercially driven, values focused and passionate about leading high-performance teams and inspiring stakeholders to support a clear people and business growth agenda. Eleanor is skilled in developing and executing customer-centric business strategies, leading large-scale change initiatives, and achieving operational excellence.
Eleanor holds a Master of Business and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Richard Goldberg
Global Chief Data Officer
Richard Goldberg joined CTM in 2022 as Global Chief Data Officer. His responsibilities include leading the data strategy, data governance, data quality, MIS/BI reporting, and data management for the organisation. Richard has over 25 years executive data management and technology experience. Prior to joining CTM, Richard was the Managing Director and Chief Data Officer at the Bank of China where he was responsible for standing up the Chief Data Office and positioning data as a corporate strategic asset.
Over his career, Richard has held various senior data leadership positions for many organisations including Bank of China, GE Capital, Citibank, and IBM. Richard is a champion for leveraging the use of data to optimise the business experience for customers and enhance data capabilities for internal stakeholders. Richard’s extensive accomplishments and experience in data leadership and management was recognised as he was selected as the 2022 dataIQ Top 100 Most Influential People in Data.

Karen Janssen
Global Chief Information Officer
Karen has worked in the travel industry for 20 years. Starting out as a travel consultant, she progressed through her career in nine key positions across three different countries before finally becoming CIO with a major travel management company.
In March 2016, Karen joined Corporate Travel Management (CTM) as Project Manager MI and was promoted to Chief Information Officer Europe less than six months later. Since then, she has successfully overseen the implementation of CTM’s Global MI system and been a pivotal member of the organisation’s technology transformation project team. In January 2022, Karen assumed the role of Global Chief Information Officer.

Annabel Ausmus
Global Chief Marketing Officer
Annabel Ausmus is an experienced marketing and communications professional with more than 15 years’ experience managing digital and traditional marketing strategy and implementation in both B2B and B2C disciplines.
Annabel brings a wealth of travel industry marketing experience to CTM, having worked across corporate, leisure (luxury to budget brands), events, wholesale and loyalty travel for privately owned, listed entities and not for profit organisations.
During her time at Corporate Travel Management, Annabel has worked across global growth strategy and entry into the ASX, including a highly successful IPO and the acquisition and rebranding of a number of international companies.
Annabel holds a BA (Hons) degree in Journalism, is a Certified Practicing Marketer (CPM), an Associate Member of the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI), and sits on the AMI Industry Advisory Group.

Michael Kubasik
Global Chief Technology Officer
Mike Kubasik was appointed to Global Chief Technology Officer following the announcement of CTM’s acquisition of Travel and Transport in late 2020.
Mike has more than 25 years of industry experience and 20 years of executive technology leadership. Having joined Travel and Transport in 1993, Mike has held critical positions with increasing strategic leadership responsibilities, eventually being named Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Director of Travel and Transport in 2012. His collaborative leadership style, extensive industry insight, customer-centricity and commitment to pushing the boundaries of innovation enables CTM to maintain its reputation as a global leader in travel technology solutions.
Mike holds a number of travel and technology advisory board positions, helping drive solutions, advancements and technology strategies for the industry. Additionally, Mike works with many technology start-ups, and is involved in a number of philanthropic and charity causes in his personal time.

John Nicholls
Head of ESG & Sustainability
John Nicholls joined CTM in 2022 as the Global Head of ESG & Sustainability, bringing extensive national and global Sustainability and Environmental expertise and a wealth of experience across public and private sectors including Defence and Government, Social Infrastructure and Infrastructure Services, Transport, Telecommunication, Oil and Gas and Construction industries.
Prior to joining CTM, John gained extensive Sustainability and Environmental experience across focused roles to successfully deliver value-added operational excellence and to enable the achievement of business goals and objectives. John is widely recognised for his strategic approach to improving Environmental and Social Sustainability outcomes, including the creation of carbon reduction initiatives through technical frameworks and social benefits which improve sustainability visibility and performance. He is technically astute with qualifications in Environmental Science, and is an accredited professional within Infrastructure Sustainability (ISAP) along with validated capability in alignment of various sustainability performance standards including UNSDGs, CDP, NGERS, S&P Global, and GRI Reporting.

Tracey Edwards
Event Travel Management - Global Strategic Lead and GM AU/NZ
Tracey has been with ETM since its inception in early 2011 and brings more than 30 years’ experience in the travel and event industry managing operations around the world, including three years living, establishing and growing an event business in China.
Over the past 8 years the ETM team, under Tracey’s leadership, has evolved from a localised specialist Sydney office to a global offering with more than 100 staff across the world, providing a range of expert event, meeting and group travel services. Tracey ensures the team are delivering event solutions that meet our clients’ diverse needs and are at the forefront of technological efficiency. These achievements have been recognised by the industry, including winning the AFTA award for ‘Best Business Events Travel Agency’ multiple times.

Ewen Crouch AM
Chairman

Ewen Crouch was a Partner at Allens from 1988 – 2013. He served as a member of the firm’s board for 11 years, including four years as Chairman of Partners. His other roles at Allens included Co-Head Mergers & Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets from 2004 – 2010, Executive Partner – Asian Offices from 1999 – 2004 and Deputy Managing Partner from 1993 – 1996. He was a director of Mission Australia from 1995, including as Chairman from 2009, until retiring in November 2016.
Mr Crouch is a non-executive director of BlueScope Steel Limited (since March 2013) and Chair and Non-Executive Director of AnteoTech Limited (since April 2022). He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a director of Jawun (since September 2015). He served as a member of the Takeovers Panel from 2010-2015, as a member of the Commonwealth Remuneration Tribunal from 2015 – 2019, as a director of Sydney Symphony Orchestra from 2009 – 2020 and as a non-executive director of Westpac Banking Corporation from 2013 to 2019.
Ewen Crouch was appointed as Chairman on 25 March 2019.

Sophie Mitchell

Sophie is Chairman of the Company’s Remuneration & Sustainability Committee and a member of the Audit & Risk Committee and Nomination Committee.
Sophie has over 30 years of corporate advisory, capital markets and equity research experience. She retired from Morgans in June 2019 after over a decade as an Executive Director in Morgans Corporate and, prior to this, she was Morgans Head of Research.
Sophie is the Chairman of ASX-listed Apollo Tourism & Leisure Limited and Australian Super’s Queensland Advisory Council and an independent non-executive Director of Healthcare Logic Global (unlisted public company – healthcare software). She is also a Board member of Myer Family Investments Pty Ltd, a non-executive Director of Morgans Holdings (Australia) Limited and the Morgans Foundation Limited.

Jon Brett
Independent Non-Executive Director

Jon Brett was formerly an executive director of Investec Wentworth Private Equity Limited, and an executive of Investec Bank (Australia) Limited. He was also the CEO of Techway Limited which pioneered internet banking in Australia. Jon brings extensive strategic, board and management experience to CTM, particularly in the areas of finance and corporate advisory.
Jon is currently Executive Chairman of Stridecorp Equity Partners, an AFSL licensed fund manager specialising in private equity, and a non-executive director of Mobilicom Limited. His former directorships include Godfreys Group Limited, The Pas Group Limited and the chairman of Indoor Skydive Australia Group Limited. Jon was also one of the first non-executive directors at Vocus Group, where he served for over a decade.

Marissa Peterson
Independent Non-Executive Director

Marissa Peterson is President and CEO of Mission Peak Executive Consulting, a Silicon Valley leadership coaching business, and currently serves on the Board of Ayers Rock Acquisition Company. She is based in the United States and brings extensive experience in governance, technology and digital transformation, and executive development.
Mrs Peterson held a number of senior executive roles at Sun Microsystems over a 17-year period, including Executive Vice President of Sun Services, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations, and Chief Customer Advocate. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an Honorary Doctorate in Management from Kettering University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Mrs Peterson’s extensive board experience includes past roles as Chairman of optical communications solutions company, Oclaro, between 2013 and 2018, and as a non-executive director of ASX-listed Ansell, from 2006 to 2021. She has also been a director of a range of US-based companies including Humana, Supervalu, Children’s Hospital of Stanford, Quantros and Covisint, and a Board Trustee of Kettering University.
Mrs Peterson was a 2019 Honoree in the National Association of Company Directors awards for the 100 most influential directors in the United States corporate governance community.
